The role of Functional Consultant within our organization is integral to our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders. Working as part of an agile team, the Functional Consultant is tasked with conceptualizing, designing and overseeing the implementation of applications and software systems that align with business objectives. With a strong foundation in functional design principles, this role requires a keen understanding of business processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a member of our Dynamics 365 team, you will play a key role in maximizing value for our customers. With expertise in areas such as Field Services, Finance and Operations within Dynamics 365, you will leverage your experience to engage with clients, analyze their business processes and identify opportunities for system optimization.
Through a combination of investigative work, stakeholder collaboration and agile methodologies, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand, analyze and document their business processes and objectives.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather requirements using various techniques such as interviews, document analysis and user workshops.
- Design functional specifications and documentation based on gathered requirements.
- Coordinate with senior analysts to resolve technical or functional issues identified during the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with Technical Consultants and end-users to design and implement system modifications and enhancements.
- Facilitate review sessions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
- Utilize agile methodologies to identify and prioritize project deliverables, including EPICS, Features and User Stories.
